Brad Boucher Director of Engineering and Quality Brad joined Alma Products Company in 1995 as a Product Engineer. In 2005, Brad was promoted to Torque Converter Engineering Manager, and in 2007, to the Director of Engineering and Quality. Brad is responsible for all engineering activities including product, manufacturing, and industrial disciplines. Brad is also responsible for all internal and external quality control activities. Prior to Alma Products, Brad was a design engineer for a Central Michigan food service equipment manufacturer. Brad received a BS Degree from Central Michigan University with majors in Mechanical Engineering and Computer Aided Design & Manufacturing (CAD/CAM). |  Leo Kennedy Manager of Quality Systems Leo joined Alma Products in 1991. He is responsible for all quality aspects of Alma Products. He led Alma to successful certification of various quality requirements from ISO to TS-16949 quality system certifications. Leo is also responsible for the inspection workforce which includes the daily quality measure and containment actions. Leo worked the last 17 years in the remanufacturing environment at Alma Products Company and the preceding 7 years as the Manufacturing Manager for a metal stamping, assembly, and welding tier one manufacturer to Ford and GM. Leo graduated with a BS in Business Administration and a MBA from Central Michigan University. |
