Larry Gerred

 Plant Manager

  

Larry joined Alma Products in 1985 working hourly. He was promoted to Production Supervisor in 1987. Larry advanced to General Foreman in 1989 where he oversaw the production of remanufacturing and original equipment compressors and manual transmission clutch and disc components as well as the stamping operation. In 1994, Larry was promoted to Plant Superintendent over the compressor and clutch and disc operation. As Superintendent, he also had the opportunity to run the converter area. In 2007, Larry was instrumental in the consolidation of the two manufacturing facilities. Larry continues to streamline the facility allowing it to stay flexible and competitive in today’s ever changing market. 

  

  

Alex Creona

Director of Operations

 

Alex joined Alma Products in May of 2005 as Director of Operations. He is responsible for manufacturing, lean implementation, and maintenance of all facilities. Alex worked at GM for 31 years in the OE Part Operations. He was responsible for many new product launches and improvement processes during his tenure at GM. After retiring from GM, Alex became the Operations Manager at Remy International. Alex was promoted to Plant Manager in the Light Duty Starter Division and then was promoted to the Plant Manager of the Heavy Duty Alternator and Starter Motor Division. Alex has a degree in Business Administration from Capital University. 

 

 

 

   

Greg Tragis

 General Foreman Skilled Trades

 

Greg joined Alma Products as the General Foreman of Skilled Trades in 1985. He was previously employed at Eaton Corporation
where he started his skilled trades career as a Machine Repairman. He attended Delta College where he received an
Associates Degree in Automotive Repair Technology along with a skilled trades

curriculum en-route to becoming a
Journeyman Machine Repairman
