
Chip Rembert Director of Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service Chip joined Alma Products Company in 2001. He became Director of Marketing in 2004 and Director of OE Sales in 2006. In 2007, Chip was promoted to Director of Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service. He is responsible for many activities including Sales to OE and Aftermarket Customers, Marketing, Customer Service, and New Business Development. Previously, Chip worked in the OE Service Parts Packaging Industry in both Operations and Purchasing Management. Chip served as a Logistics Officer in the U.S. Army 4th Infantry Division. Contact Information |  Linda Gray Manager of Customer Service Linda joined Alma Products in 1979. She worked in the accounting department for 10 years and then moved into the material and production control department in 1989. Linda performed the roles of material planner, converter merchandiser, and then scheduling supervisor in 1997. Customer service had long been a part of Linda's responsibilities in her production control roles, and in 2004, she moved into customer service full time as the Customer Service Manager. Her knowledge of the company’s operations, along with her commitment to customer service, made this an ideal match. Contact Information |
